About ATG
Converting tumor adaptation into a druggable vulnerability.
AtG develops new drugs and biomarkers to stop tumor metabolic adaptation — converting a resistance mechanism into a druggable vulnerability for patients with advanced solid tumors.
- Novel mechanism of action
- Small-molecule drug candidates
- Patient-selection biomarker
Our science
Understanding angiogenesis & tumor adaptation.
Anti-angiogenic therapy starves tumors by cutting their blood supply — but tumors adapt. This short film visualizes the angiogenic process and the adaptive resistance mechanisms that AtG is targeting to restore durable responses.
- Tx + CDx developed in lockstep — not sequentially
- Biomarker-enriched trials with smaller, faster cohorts
- Precision oncology positioning across RCC, CRC, HCC
OUR TEAM
A committed team with complementary expertise.
